Under the agreement, ARRIS will enable WorkAssure clients to realize process optimization through CliIntel’s InsightSM methodology for professional services. ARRIS chose CliIntel for its ability to rapidly implement improvements through business intelligence that evaluate how a customer is using WorkAssure, and make recommendations on how to modify operational processes to maximize the return on investment.
