Richard Batenburg – President and CEO

He has successfully designed and implemented effective governance processes and project management methodologies. Mr. Batenburg has proven leadership capabilities in consolidating and standardizing technology infrastructure, business processes and practices, and establishing strategies to maximize profitability while reducing overall costs. His background includes successfully managing the integration and centralization of IT and service delivery organizations as part of merger activity of large, medium and small, public and private companies.
David R. Meyer – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Meyer brings over 25 years’ experience to CliIntel, holding multiple executive-level positions throughout his expansive career. He brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to deliver on CliIntel’s mission of saving companies millions of dollars by improving operations and customer experiences. His ability to lead organizations and deliver insightful, practical cross-departmental solutions within companies provides the foundation for driving CliIntel’s growth and expansion. Meyer’s expertise in human resources, employee engagement, conflict resolution and organizational development are the basis for his book, The Engaged Manager, a must-read for new and seasoned managers that provides clear guidance for getting the results needed to inspire and grow exceptional organizations. Paul Ousterhout – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Ousterhout brings 30 years of progressive responsibility to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role at CliIntel. During his tenure at CliIntel, he has led teams of developers through simultaneous, multi-level development projects and software design aimed at increasing organizational exit value. He provides leadership and expertise in designing and creating proprietary tools, databases, e-commerce, and increasing transaction processing efficiencies, in addition to designing and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) packages, sales force automation, inventory procurement, distribution, analysis, maintenance, and warranty systems. Mr. Ousterhout is the Chair of the Cable Initiative Business Intelligence Workgroup for the TM Forum and is a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Denver’s Business Intelligence program.
Mark Radtke – Vice President, Service Delivery
Mr. Radtke has ten years of experience in Project and Program Management (PMO) focusing on full lifecycle e-business, e-commerce and Mobile Workforce Management (WFM) projects, as well as application development and implementation, enterprise-level branding strategies, information systems security, and network and systems management. Mr. Radtke’s proficiencies include budgetary management, Total Quality Management (TQM), technical process development and strategic planning. Mr. Radtke also provides organizational, technical, and operational infrastructure assessment capabilities to define and implement strategies, solutions and processes to achieve consistent and measurable results.
Greg Gassman – Vice President, Sales
